The method has been field-tested and refined through training seminars conducted for thousands of preachers around the world.Dr. Richard’s approach is designed as a powerful and practical resource for crafting and delivering expository sermons.
About the Workshop
The Women's PREACHERREACH Workshop is not a conference; it is serious academic-style training.
If selected, you will be expected to:• Attend every session on time.• Complete daily assignments, including extensive reading.• Participate fully in cohort-based learning.The study materials and sessions are in English only. This workshop is an intensive academic and spiritual commitment, designed to strengthen your calling and increasing your fruit for the Lord Jesus Christ.
A HYBRID format workshop
Online Sessions:
• Duration: 4 weeks (8 sessions total)
• Start Date: August 12, 2025
• Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Time: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM IST
• Platform: Zoom – participants are expected to keep their video on throughout the sessions.In-Person Session:
• A residential workshop in Malaysia from September 15–19, 2025. Attendance is mandatory for graduation.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:• Be 48 years old or below.• Currently serve in a teaching or preaching role (e.g., youth pastor, evangelist, small group leader, women’s ministry leader).• Be actively involved in a local church with preaching/teaching opportunities.• Be proficient in English.• Be medically fit to travel independently.• Be willing and able to cover the cost of round-trip airfare to Malaysia & a registration fee of USD 50.
Registration & Covered Expenses
• Non-Refundable Registration Fee:
USD 50 covering course materials• Participant responsibilities: Arrange and pay for round-trip airfare, visa, travel insurance and personal expenses.• RREACH will provide:
- Hotel accommodation (twin-sharing basis)
- All meals during the in-person session
Travel Policy
1. Participants must have a valid passport with at least three months’ validity from the intended entry into Malaysia in September.2. Obtain necessary visas and travel documentation.3. Purchase travel insurance at their own expense.4. Submit confirmed flight tickets by the 15th July '25

1. What if I can’t make it to the in-person session in Malaysia—can I still graduate?
We’d really love for everyone to be there in person. It’s an important part of the experience and graduation is only possible for those who attend the full in-person session.2. When should I arrive and leave Kuala Lumpur?
Plan to arrive on 15th September 2025 and head back home on 19th September 2025.3. Where will we be staying during the workshop?
We’ll let you know the hotel details once you’re selected. Rest assured, it’ll be comfortable and centrally located!4. Can I bring someone with me (like a friend or family member)?
This experience is just for registered participants so we can stay focused and create a strong sense of community during the workshop and into the future.5. Can I arrange my own stay somewhere else?
To keep everyone together and make the most of our time, all participants need to stay at the assigned hotel.6. Can I extend my stay after the program?
Yes! You’re welcome to reach out to the hotel directly and book extra nights at your own cost.7. Can I get a single room?
To help build friendships and encourage community, rooms are shared with another participant. It’s a great way to connect with someone new and for the long-term.8. Can I choose whom I room with?
We’ll be assigning roommates to encourage new friendships across the group.9. Will I get a schedule ahead of time?
Yes! We’ll send you the full itinerary once everything is finalized. You’ll know exactly what to expect.10. Will there be currency exchange at the hotel?
You are responsible for arranging your own currency exchange. We recommend taking care of it in advance to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.11. What if I need to take a work call during the sessions?
We encourage you to unplug and be fully present—this time is set aside for learning and connection with others.12. I have food allergies—what should I do?
If you have food allergies, we recommend bringing suitable alternatives to ensure you have what you need.13. Do I need to bring money for personal expenses?
Yes, we recommend bringing money for personal expenses, including shopping and any contingencies that may arise.14. What should I wear?
Think modest and comfortable clothing—Malaysia can be warm and humid. Also, bring along one traditional outfit for our special formal dinner night!15. Is there time for shopping?
Yes! Time for shopping has been included in the itinerary.16. I’d love to attend but can’t afford the registration fee. Can RREACH support me?
RREACH has already subsidized a significant portion of the overall cost by covering your accommodation, meals, workshop materials, teaching and airport transfers. At this time, we are unable to offer any further financial support. However, we encourage you to explore the opportunity to join us despite the fee.
